How do we collect personal information, what information do we collect and how it is used?

How long do we keep your personal data

Due to the nature of the services we offer we are legally obliged to retain your data for a minimum period of 6 years should you complete a financial transaction with one of our partners. We have taken the position of keeping your data indefinitely due to the potential of having to supply and rely on this information after this time for litigation reasons.
